JOB DUTIES: 
  • Responsible for the maintenance of bankaccounts, letters of credit, bank drafts and other issues, daily cash receiptsand expenditures, including daily payment request, reimbursement of cashpayments, online banking payments, foreign currency settlement, etc.
  • Be responsible for compiling andsubmitting fund daily and weekly reports, monthly and quarterly fund plans,monthly fund plan implementation, fund turnover and other related data analysisreport.
  • Reasonably dispatch funds, ensure areasonable balance of foreign currencies, local currencies and other bankdeposits, and conduct appropriate bank financing for the possible idle funds toensure the maximum efficiency of the use of funds.
  • Follow up the check confirmation of thesupplier’s current account, invoice receipt and audit.
  • Assist in the formulation of paymentmanagement methods, follow up and analyze the age and payment of accountspayable.
  • Assist in the formulation of accountsreceivable management methods, follow up and analyze accounts receivable agingand repayment.

Performance Evaluation Standard

  • The accuracy rate of payment is 100%, and the timelinessis 95%.
  • More than 85% of the funds plan is achieved.
  • The rate of recovery is 95%.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, financialmanagement or related majors.
  • More than three years of workingexperience in finance, preferably in Express or Logistics industry.
  • Experience in cashier, fund management,accounts receivable, accounts payable reconciliation and finance settlement.
  • Experience in international settlementand foreign exchange fund management is preferred.
  • Be able to communicate in both Chineseand English for working preference.
