JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team of Telesales Executive to make cold calls according to target setting.
- Create and maintain leads and target lists for potential new customers over the phone.
- Identify potential target areas and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- A good understanding of the market dynamics in logistics and express sectors.
- Coach, inspire and motivate a selling call specialist team.
- Develop sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
- Sales training, development, and performance management.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Monitor random calls for quality assurance and forecast & analyze sales data.
- manage and report KPI’s output to deputy director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- Hold a bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing Management or other related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years working experience intelesales or indoor sales experiences. Managerial level in Telesales or Indoor Sales position are desirable.
- Strong sales, analytical, organization,communication and people skills required.
- Experience managing a team with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
