JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Manage a team of Telesales Executive to make cold calls according to target setting.
  • Create and maintain leads and target lists for potential new customers over the phone.
  • Identify potential target areas and ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • A good understanding of the market dynamics in logistics and express sectors.
  • Coach, inspire and motivate a selling call specialist team.
  • Develop sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
  • Sales training, development, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Monitor random calls for quality assurance and forecast & analyze sales data.
  • manage and report KPI’s output to deputy director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

  • Hold a bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing Management or other related discipline.
  • At least 1-2 years working experience intelesales or indoor sales experiences. Managerial level in Telesales or Indoor Sales position are desirable.
  • Strong sales, analytical, organization,communication and people skills required.
  • Experience managing a team with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
