JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Lead and manage Technician team.
• Recruit, Training & coaching Technician team.
• Manage on technical expense, budgeting (save energy, chemical, else)
• Planning schedule for maintenance building facility, and assign the team to do it.
• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Supervise subordinate during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
• Participate in coordination of projects(e.g. renovations)
• Ensure the quality standards of health and safety regulations
• Report week and monthly maintain and operation to manager.
• Other task will be assign by company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
• Management & supervision skill.
• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, water supply system, etc.)
• Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
• Understanding of budgeting and performance management
• Computer knowledge Ms word, Excel,PowerPoint, internet & email.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
