JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation of course proposals, curriculum, and specifications
- Assist in recruiting students and supporters to the program, including participation in job fairs, recruiting events, and other special events related to the automotive program
- Conduct individual and team skills gap analyses
- Develop technical training courses for all levels (beginner,intermediate and advanced)
- Coordinate product-related training, including presentations of new features and simulation activities in a demo environment
- Ensure all new hires undergo basic technical training
- Liaise with industry experts and organize workshops and classroom-style training
- Schedule in-house educational sessions using e-learning platforms
- Measure improvements in employees’ job performance at the end of each course
- Gather feedback from trainees and instructors and recommend suggestions to the learning process.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Mechanical and Machinery
- At least 3-4 years’ proven work experience as a Trainer or similar role
- Experience in developing technical course content
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language
- Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer)is a plus
- Good command in English is a must, Chinese is a plus
- Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel, outlook, power point)
- Be flexible and problem-solving skill
- Ability to work under tight deadline and pressure.
