JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Assist in the preparation of course proposals, curriculum, and specifications
  • Assist in recruiting students and supporters to the program, including participation in job fairs, recruiting events, and other special events related to the automotive program
  • Conduct individual and team skills gap analyses
  • Develop technical training courses for all levels (beginner,intermediate and advanced)
  • Coordinate product-related training, including presentations of new features and simulation activities in a demo environment
  • Ensure all new hires undergo basic technical training
  • Liaise with industry experts and organize workshops and classroom-style training
  • Schedule in-house educational sessions using e-learning platforms
  • Measure improvements in employees’ job performance at the end of each course
  • Gather feedback from trainees and instructors and recommend suggestions to the learning process.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
  • University degree in Mechanical and Machinery
  • At least 3-4 years’ proven work experience as a Trainer or similar role
  • Experience in developing technical course content
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language
  • Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer)is a plus
  • Good command in English is a must, Chinese is a plus
  • Computer skill (Microsoft office word, excel, outlook, power point)
  • Be flexible and problem-solving skill
  • Ability to work under tight deadline and pressure.
