Job Responsibilities: 
  • Create a relaxing and friendly atmosphere among all the members and users of the Leisure & Spa
  • Train all the staff and highlight the need to create this atmosphere for the enjoyment of the customers and members.
  • Greet all the guests who are using the Spa pool.
  • Check that the users of the Leisure& Spa area are members of the club, hotel guests or having the card authorizing them to use the hotel’s facilities.
  • Go and market the Sport & Leisure Club in Siem Reap city.
  • Take into consideration all the sport and clubs in town such as Tennis clubs, Golf Clubs, Gymnasium, etc.
  • Liaise with them constantly in order to provide our customers with best facilities in the town.
  • Liaise with the Engineering Department to ensure that all his equipment are in order for the safety of the guests.
  • Check daily that the pool is correct balance of the chemicals and check that all the equipment concerning the Jacuzzi bath and sauna are properly working in a safe manner for the users.
  • Organize periodically swimming lesson for outsider.
  • Organize sport activities in general for the entire staffing. For this liaise with the Human Resources Department.
  • Coach customers Gymnasium upon request.
  • Ensure the profitability of the whole operation of the Leisure & Spa Department.
  • Responsible for accuracy of daily cash report for the Department.
  • Public relation activities to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Planning of weekly / monthly duty roster.
  • Planning of yearly vacation.
  • Execution of daily tasks by employees.
  • Pre-opening and closing inspection of facilities.

  • Attend morning briefing.
  • Responsible toward management for development of training programs, its supervision and follow-up.
  • Responsible for the enforcement of house policies.
  • Responsible for the intertwinement of his staff of the house policy.
  • Responsible for the well being of his staff. Must defect discontentment, rumors, agitators among his staff and immediately report to management for action.
  • Responsible for fair and equal treatment of his staff in order to avoid discontentment.
  • Responsible for making weekly report& monthly report of Leisure & Spa activities.
