JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Ability to effectively manage manpower to other projects;
• Ability to design schedule for each project;
• Follow up projects and coordinate sites to ensure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning;
• Interact with project manager for clarification in architectural,conducting regular job site inspections, assist in the quality and safety audit;
• Identify and highlight possible risk on project;
• Regularly check on inventory stock (materials control)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or other related degree.
• Have at least 2 year-experiences in site work
• Do site planning, report, control and follow up
• Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost
• Fluent in English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing)
• Be enthusiastic and like to work in dynamic situation
• Be able to work under pressure to achieve company goal and target.
• Flexible and high responsibility
• Independently with less supervision.
