** Purpose of position: 

To make sure that construction site is progressing well and getting done on time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor all workers at site to ensure that work getting done as plan and done on time
• Interact with sales manager for clarification in architectural
• Follow up the working process at site
• Ensure that works are being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
• Conduct regular site inspections
• Identify and highlight the possible risk of the project
• Accurately check and make order on construction materials
• Inspect and control site construction progress work
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report to the site manager and project manager
• Request, inspect and control construction materials
• Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Civil engineering
• At least 1 year work experience in construction works
• Be able to communicate in English
• Be competent in MS Office, Internet and Email, and AutoCAD
• Be able to travel to site
• Be able to solve problems related to site construction
• Being friendly, strong self-motivated, hardworking and trustworthy.
