JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct site measurement and send report to design team.
- Conduct site inspection to ensure that the installation work and layout are correct.
- Get MEP drawing from designer and make sure the installation team follow the layout.
- Regularly check site for follow up
- Make sure the site is ready before installation
- Report site problem to design team
- Report defective product to design team
- Check products and quality of work after installation is finished.
- Work closely with client to hand over finished work.
- Prepare report for line manager.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Year 2 or 3 student majoring in an Interior Design or other related field are encouraged to apply.
- One-year experience in interior design is a plus.
- Be able to travel to project site by his or her own.
- Computer Skills: Auto Cad 2D and 3D, Sketch up, and Photoshop
- Be able to work with less supervision
- Be creative and willing to learn new things
- Work well under pressure to meet the deadline.
