JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for shop operation (service, team management and target achievement)
- Exception handling, guarantee the OTD and service is in line as required
- Business development, maintaining existing customer and dig out potential customers
- Public relation maintenance in the are aand improving company image
- Guarantee the safety of team member and property and money
- Responsible for people recruitment and development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education and Experience:
- Junior college or above (age from 22 to 35)
- One-year team management experience and Express experience are a plus
- Good at communication, positive and willing to lead and taking responsibility
- Strong ability at operation and business development
