Job Responsibilities:
- Manage service team to meet departmental goals via appropriate allocation of workload and effective resource management
- Manage assignment and Monitor day to day work of service for process adherence and compliance
- To make sure service support is completed on time with quality to customer.
- Provide technical assistance to service team on troubleshooting customer issues
- Create new knowledge base articles and keep them up-to-date
- Work with COO and cross-functional manager to improve processes for software support issues.
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- In-dept knowledge in hardware and peripheral devices setup, and configuration.
- Experience software/ network installation and troubleshooting.
- Positive/Helpful Customer Service attitude a must
- Knowledge in Programming and Database,SQL scripting a plus
- Good command of English
- Team working and good communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent diploma in related fields
- Self-motivated, responsible, good team spirit, adaptive in working hour and culture
- Being able to work under minimum guidance and assistance
- Experience in POS system is a plus.
