JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Conduct quality check on green coffee bean
• Manage and duplicate roasting profiles and processes to ensure quality satisfactory
• Organize and be responsible for roasting processes
• Manage other roasting and cupping related works
• Customize roasting profile to meet customer needs and taste preferences
• Conduct cupping and be able to taste final product with clients and internal team
• Other daily operations work assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least high school or university graduate education level
• Two or three-year experience in coffee industry
• Be able to work under pressure
• Communication skills in speaking/writing English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understands food safety and hygiene practices.
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office Word and Excel)
• Well organized, confident and good memory re-call.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Very patience, flexible, honest and friendly.
