JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver volume/Net Revenue/Profit for company. On-going analysis and review to identify gaps to plan and execution.
- Provide supervision and leadership to Sales Managers.
- Motivate and mentor sales staff to ensure site meets or exceeds budgeted expectations
- Ensure that sales activities are conducted within Corporate Sales guidelines
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Ensure that management staff are aware of and adhere to all Sales HR policies and procedures
- Assist with conducting weekly sales and training meetings
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience is a Sales Leadership Role from Freight Forwarding industry
- 4 years of Timeshare Sales experience
- Good command in English (Chinese language as added more value).
