[ Senior Purchasing ]

Job Responsibilities: 

• Team up with members to manage material planning and procurements.
• Research new technologies on cable and thermal solutions.
• Developing sourcing strategy, search and select suppliers to meet growing business needs.
• Vendor contract agreement negotiation.
• Ensure that materials are properly requisitioned, orders and delivered on time.
• Maintain inventory level and safety to match company continuous growth.
• Continuous refine material qualification, sourcing and material workflow process.
• Team work with Engineer and Marketing to build up online business.
• Set up supplier audit plan and identify the capability, quality level and drive supplier for continuous performance improvement and cost reduction.
• Support new business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• BS/MS in Business,Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. APICS Certification valued.
• Must have experience in managing people, material planning, procurement, and in a manufacturing environment for multilevel integrated hardware products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MRP planning using enterprise systems with multilevel Bills of Material is a requirement.
• Proficiency working with spreadsheets/data analytics, along with the ability to effectively communicate.
• Continuous drive for process improvement and initiative to solve problems.
• Be self-directed,and organized able to manage multiple projects at a time.
• The ideal candidate should exhibit propensity for problem solving skills and business acumen in a highly dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
• Must have the unrestricted right to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
