JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement HR strategy to align with company’s direction.
- Full knowledge on Cambodian labor law compliance, NSSF, insurance policy, and related issues.
- Leading the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans, KPI and appraisal management system.
- Facilitate improvements to the entire recruitment process.
- Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Review departmental budgets and headcounts.
- Organize learning and development programs.
- Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
- Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring.
- Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.
- Leading new starter company inductions.
- Administering financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits, and other schemes.
- Develop new SOP for the entire HR department.
- Providing detailed HR reports to HR Director and CEO Office.
- Other related tasks as per requested from HR & Admin Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Female is priority. At least 35 years of age.
- Candidate from Logistic Industry is more priority.
- At least bachelor or above in field of Business Management, HR Management or other related major.
- At least 5 years of experiences in managerial roles of HR Management.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with team player plus leadership skills.
- Be proficient in Ms. Office application, especially Advance Excel.
- Must be good command of English and Chinese communication abilities.
