JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Design and implement HR strategy to align with company’s direction.
  • Full knowledge on Cambodian labor law compliance, NSSF, insurance policy, and related issues.
  • Leading the recruitment process, including selection and interviewing of candidates.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans, KPI and appraisal management system.
  • Facilitate improvements to the entire recruitment process.
  • Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review departmental budgets and headcounts.
  • Organize learning and development programs.
  • Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring.
  • Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, new starter packs, or formal notices of termination.
  • Leading new starter company inductions.
  • Administering financial elements such as payroll, compensation and benefits, and other schemes.
  • Develop new SOP for the entire HR department.
  • Providing detailed HR reports to HR Director and CEO Office.
  • Other related tasks as per requested from HR & Admin Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Female is priority. At least 35 years of age.
  • Candidate from Logistic Industry is more priority.
  • At least bachelor or above in field of Business Management, HR Management or other related major.
  • At least 5 years of experiences in managerial roles of HR Management.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills and be able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with team player plus leadership skills.
  • Be proficient in Ms. Office application, especially Advance Excel.
  • Must be good command of English and Chinese communication abilities.
