Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing the recruitment & selection process.
  • HR report analysis.
  • Develop workflow and procedure.
  • Develop HR Policy and implementation of new HR policies – Maintain historical of staff employment.
  • Manage staff probation confirmation.
  • Compliance with labor law.
  • Prepare annual budget plan.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree Human Resource Management related field.
  • At least 3 in Human Resource Management.
  • Extensive understanding of labor law & employee relation.
  • Dynamic positive attitude self-confident.
