Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment & selection process.
- HR report analysis.
- Develop workflow and procedure.
- Develop HR Policy and implementation of new HR policies – Maintain historical of staff employment.
- Manage staff probation confirmation.
- Compliance with labor law.
- Prepare annual budget plan.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree Human Resource Management related field.
- At least 3 in Human Resource Management.
- Extensive understanding of labor law & employee relation.
- Dynamic positive attitude self-confident.
