Job Responsibilities: 

• Follow the client requirement, concept design creatively develop design to meet the cost, quality and standard.
• Lead the team to research on design solution/idea.
• Well understanding general design concept of architecture,structure, MEP.
• Lead the team to do the details design according to the design idea, prepare the technical documents including drawings, BoQ, General Specification, and Materials.
• Lead the team to coordinate with other design department expertise to get the correct details.
• Monitor filing for all project files ; implement / improve standardization of drawings
• Make sure the project is running according to schedule and budget
• Check construction site to make sure it follows the approved designs.
• Other tasks assign by direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Be able to work independently
• Must be obtained degree in interior design and interior/architect;
• At least two/three years of designing and architecture experience;
• Knowledge in design software; AutoCAD Architecture, 3D Studio MAX,Sketch up Pro., V-Ray Plug-in, Adobe Creative Suites at Very good level or higher.
• Positive attitude toward learning, problem solving, team work and work under pressure;
• Very patience, Flexible, Honest and Friendly
• Experience in coordinating with building and site workers
• Able to communicate in English will be advantage.
