JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process;
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book,supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger;
- Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account;
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy;
- Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner;
- Manage & Verify receivables are collected on schedule and accuracy;
- Manage local and oversea payable
- Prepare Payment for Petty Cash replenishment
- Bank reconciliation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- BA in Accounting/Banking
- Minimum 4 years experiences in Accounting.
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Proficiency in English writing, speaking and in MS Office, Quick book
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Deadline & result -Oriented,
- General Math Skills.
