JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target within allocated resources by controlling daily sales operations
- Monitor and analyze sales achievements in the assigned area on daily and weekly basis and take corrective measures immediately in case of any deviation.
- Ensure implementation and compliance of approved reporting system and analyze all reports of Sales Representative (SR)
- Make accompanied calls in order to ensure the understanding and implementation of sales and marketing strategies and company polices
- Be responsible for field coaching of SR to improve their qualitative aspects, make them more productive and prepare them for future responsibilities
- Analyze and revise the list of customers at least twice a year.
- Ensure coverage of all listed customers, frequency of sales calls according to customers’ potential and number of calls per day as per company policy
- Enhance the image of the company by conducting planned activities like LSPs, MGMs, RTDs and mini symposia
- Working closely in coordination activities with Medical Reps and Product Executive
- Be responsible for conducting monthly sales meetings as per approved agenda
- Coach, train and guide staff in the team to make sure that they are well equipped with skills and knowledge and are motivated to achieve the company objectives
- Make appraisals, give recommendation on promotion, hiring, relocation and termination of SRs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate, preferably Bachelor of Pharmacy
- 3 years Sales experience in pharmaceutical industry including one year experience as Supervisor
- Territory Management experience
- Leadership skills with coaching and counseling, and team building skills
- Problem solving, decision making and integrity
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills, both in English and Khmer
- Problem solving and decision making
- Computer proficiency MS Office and Email
- Presentation Skills
- Good analytical ability and customer orientation.
