JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise sales associates and handle change requests by customers, as well as check that goods are in good condition;
- Develop sales strategies to reach new customers and also grab the attention of already existing ones to boost sales growth;
- Follow up and control sales performance as well as increase sales volume in market;
- Analyze customer research data and market conditions;
- Prepare daily and weekly sales report;
- Identify sales issue and opportunities;
- Ensure customers satisfaction and maintain good relationship;
- Analyze and investigate price, demand and competition;
- Others tasks assigned by supervision.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, business administration or others related fields;
- At least 3 years experiences in sale performance;
- Have a good interpersonal skill, hardworking, and honesty;
- Having a good communication and problem solving skills;
- Strong leadership, organizational and influencing skills;
- Able to manage effective team;
- Dynamic and pleasant personality;
- Able to use in both written and spoken English;
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office, Internet,E-mail, Outlook.
