JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experiences in writing business plans for all current and opportunity business.
- Conduct in-depth market research and design sales strategies for each market segment.
- Build pipelines and achieve quotas within required time periods.
- Resolve issues and achieve goals by working closely with all departments.
- Successfully manage relationships with customers and improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Produce forecasts and reports on a regular basis
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
- Manage a sales team and focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- Hold a bachelor degree or above in Business Management, Marketing Management or other related discipline.
- At least 2 years working experience in sales management.
- Experiences in dealing with customer complaints.
- Excellent Sales skills, high level of qualification from sales manager.
- Be familiar with all business model(Express, freight forwarding and truck transportation).

- Self-motivated and hardworking spirit,sense of responsibility and strong pressure resistance, stable and serious working attitude.
- Be skillful at presentation,communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sense of leadership and able to work under pressure.
