[ Sales Manager , $800-$1200 ]

Job Responsibilities: 

• Find new customers and drive sales in assigned region;
• Create comprehensive marketing field trips in line with company goals and objectives;
• Aid in developing strategic marketing plan, and monitor effective execution of plan;
• Manage and improve all marketing measuring results;
• Co-ordinate with relevant departments in ensuring sales growth;
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to Executive Management;
• Manage and strengthen sales and marketing staffs to reach the sale target;
• Search and analyze for potential strategic partnerships;
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partners;
• Perform other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Sales, or other related field.
• At least 5 years of full time working experience in marketing, or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Khmer and English.
• Experience in furniture industry preferred.
• Demonstrate creative thinking and good attention to details.
• Excellent organization and time management skills and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage tight deadlines.
• Ability to use good judgment when performing tasks and making decisions.
• Ability to maintain positive,respectful, professional relationships with all stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop and various social media platforms.
• Ability to work extended hours, if needed.
