Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers to the showroom,understanding customer needs, and presenting car brand attributes, the model lineup, vehicle options, features and benefits.
- Visiting customers outside the showroom and conducting off-site product display events.
- Building and maintaining a close relationship with car target customers and owners.
- Following-up with potential customers and owners via telephone or e-mail to insure their needs are met.
- Providing test drives, if needed.
- Selling cars and achieving the company’sand individual sales targets.
- Facilitating vehicle registration and delivery, explaining operating features to customers prior to delivery, and insuring customers are satisfied with their vehicle after purchase.
- Insuring the showroom and display vehicles are clean, presentable, and adhere to car standards.
- Studying the car brand, car products,and competing brands and products.
Job Requirements:
- Have sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry or other high value retail environment.
- Have earned a university degree.
- Possess fluent Khmer language ability and a strong working knowledge of English. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Possess a valid automobile driving license.
- Passionate about delivering first class service. Passionate for automobiles.
- Goal oriented. Independent.
- At least 18 years of age.
