JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Collects data from sales reports for analysis
• Analyze daily sell-out movement status by channel, cluster, area,salesmen and other KPI setting
• Analyze Field Force/Field team performance base on KPI setting, daily operational responsibility
• Measure gaps in plans versus actual sales through analysis of data record
• Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
• Creates sales evaluation reports based on collected data
• Closely studies past sales data to determine trends in productivity
• Present actionable information and insights to team members and management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or Related Fields
• High level of experience of producing reports & analysis from (digital) data sources
• Work experience in data analytical or in related field or in a FMCG company is a big plus
• Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills
• Good in Microsoft Word,Excel, PowerPoint.
