JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop sales and business development strategies and plan according to business directions
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop products and to define effective sales channels of all products.
• Direct implementation and execution of sales and business development policies and practices.
• Ensure sales objectives and targets are met by motivating sales team to achieve the best result possible.
• Set activities and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
• Oversee and direct market research, competitor analyses and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives.
• Establish metrics for the measurement of sales performance effectiveness.
• Excellent command of writing and speaking English.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Male or Female, 25-35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree required, IT, Telecom, Computer Engineer or Business related is preferred
• 3-7+ years sales & business development experience in a IT and Telecommunication Business company
• Able to work in an evolving organization and changes with a clear vision of how to build structure and process over time
• Experience in strategic planning and collaboration with top management,sales, product & business development and key operational groups
• Commercial operation experience in CLM countries is a major advantage.
