JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain regular contact with customer to identify their requirement.
- Keep customers informed of the progress of the orders and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays.
- Maintain customer stock level to ensure that demand can be met within agreed notice period.
- Arrange stock delivers to customers to ensure that the right goods are received on the right date.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date and delivery records.
- Provide customers with information requested by them about stock and orders.
- Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the company remains as the preferred supplier.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Year 2 student in Accounting or other related fields are encouraged to apply.
- At least 6 months experience in Sale Administration
- Excellent telephone Skill
- Ability to maintain computerized records
- Good knowledge of the industry
- Thorough knowledge of the company’s products
- An awareness of ordering and distribution problems.
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
