JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Maintain regular contact with customer to identify their requirement.
  • Keep customers informed of the progress of the orders and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays.
  • Maintain customer stock level to ensure that demand can be met within agreed notice period.
  • Arrange stock delivers to customers to ensure that the right goods are received on the right date.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date and delivery records.
  • Provide customers with information requested by them about stock and orders.
  • Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the company remains as the preferred supplier.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Year 2 student in Accounting or other related fields are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 6 months experience in Sale Administration
  • Excellent telephone Skill
  • Ability to maintain computerized records
  • Good knowledge of the industry
  • Thorough knowledge of the company’s products
  • An awareness of ordering and distribution problems.
  • Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
