JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop selling strategies, activity plan, sales procedures and allnecessary paperwork to facilitate the sales process of the company.
- Initiate new strategies to generate leads and increase sales for thecompany.
- Manage and motivate the sale teams to achieve sales target of thecompany.
- Offer advice and support the sale teams to close sales.
- Develop effective training programs for salespeople to improve theirperformance.
- Schedule and conduct regular and irregular sales meetings.
- Work with the marketing department to design and conduct effectivemarketing plans.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Resolve disputes among salespeople.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
- Report on sales activities and customers/clients to top management.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies.
- Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance withcompany standards.
- Perform all related duties as assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least university degree in Business Administration/Marketing orrelated field
- 2-5 years’ work experience at management level in Sales or Marketing
- Work experiences in large or international company at management level
- Fluency in English Language, especially in oral communication andwriting skill
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Knowledgeable and strong analytical skills in real estate market
- Ability to train/motivate team to works
- Ability to Ms. Office, Outlook, internet and other relatedapplications.
- Well-negotiation, influencing skills.
