Job Responsibilities:
- To understand and interpret mechanical plans and prepare other contract documents Knowledgeable in instrumentation and control.
- To supervise and instruct of works to sub-ordinates.
- To make work planning activities.
- To manage material take offs and generation of the BOQ for procurement.
- To source suppliers.
- To negotiate on Technical issues with suppliers.
- To review design intent and comment.
- To prepare design calculations.
- To prepare technical data for RFQ’s, RFI’s, CVI’s.
- To plan and review commissioning activities and interfaces with other disciplines.
- To perform other relevant tasks as required by Senior Project Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Plumbing Engineering.
- With at least 10-15 years related experience in Commercial/Mixed use projects.
- Trustworthy; with good moral character and professional integrity.
- Hardworking; can work with less supervision.
- With sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Flexible; can be assigned in various project sites.
- Computer literacy especially MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD.
- Fluent in English.
