JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct meeting with customers to understanding about their needs and requirements then analyses and evaluate into the proposal.
• Coordinate with Sales team on consultant, proposal and solutions or feedbacks to customers.
• Products solution provider for customers.
• Support Sales in tendering and bidding process.
• Developing a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.
• Participate in training, industry events and conferences.
• Controlling designing plan for products.
• Product presentation/demonstration.
• Support with technical qualification
• Deliver Proof Of Concepts.
• Build technical relationship with prospects or existing customers
• Provide any technical input needed for proposal
• Be able to position and present Information Builders product offerings.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Educated to degree level in IT or related field.
• First graduate or have experience in IT field are prefer.
• Good communication in English language.
• Strong interest, desire to learn and willingness to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
• Service awareness of all organization’s key IT services for which support is being provided.
• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
• Good organizational and excellent time management skills.
