JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To prepare and design drawing to submit to Design Engineer/assistant MVAC/Electrical/P & FF design Manager/ Deputy Mechanical design Manager (firefighting and plumbing).
- To issue the preliminary drawing.
- To issue the revise drawing as needed from site or customer.
- To analyze/ interpret the drawing from the architecture into the scope of the contracting work.
- To analyze tender design drawing and specification document and raise the effective Request for Information (RFI).
- To prepare submittal Catalogs before and after bidding stage and while project execution.
- To prepare BOQ for the projects.
- To coordinate with the design office to get detail design including load calculation, schematic diagrams, pipe layout and pipe sizing, final selection for equipment during project execution.
- To prepare construction document to be forwarded to site including bill of quantity of equipment, construction drawing and technical specifications.
- To perform other relevant tasks as required by Design Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education &Knowledge
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
- Some experience in Electrical/Mechanical engineering and able to evaluate work of the Design Engineers.
- Have some knowledge of Air Distribution system, Hydraulic network, ACMV Equipment selection on chilled water system and direct expansion systems, Smoke exhaust system, water filtration system, hot water production, Plumbing system.
- Have good computer literacy and especially MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Projects 2000.
- Good in English commander both speaking and writing.
