JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize conference, meetings, functions hosted by Country Manger
- Meeting minutes taking, and follow up action for CM
- Assist/prepare CM’s presentation and meeting documents.
- Update meeting, holiday, CODI Leave, GM’s yearly calendar, FTE’s birthday, and other events related to CM.
- Arrange travels both inbound and outbound for CM
- Schedule and organize between MT and CM such as commercial Meeting, WIP, 1:1 session…etc
- Liaise with MT on coordinating and integrate into Country Manager’s schedules
- Car maintenance, and usage tracking, fuel efficiency monitoring,contract renewal and sourcing of car rental.
- Daily car/driver booking and schedule arrangement for Management and staff for business travelling
- Supervise drivers daily and monitor performance,provide coaching and counselling/disciplinary action.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree business administration or related filed
- Fluency in English spoken and written, with very good comprehension
- Excellent computer literate (Excel, Microsoft word, and Power point)
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in the PA/Secretary roles
- Working and coordinating with diverse team from different functions and locations
- Able to communication at all levels with analytical and good representation skill.
