Job Description

[ Network Engineer, $400 – $700 ]

Location : Phnom Penh 

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure and install various network devices and services including, but not limited to routers, switches,firewalls, routing protocols.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Monitor system resource utilization,trending, and capacity planning.
• Provide escalated support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
• Assist in defining policies and procedures in conjunction with the company’s network team.
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Provide on demand assistance to customers at potentially any given time.
• Other duties assigned by the Senior Network Engineer.

Job Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or Equivalent work experience.
• Professional certification (CCNA)
•  At least 2+ year as a Network Engineer.
• Understanding of network operating systems(Cisco IOS)
• Understanding of communication protocols(mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)
