JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Reporting to Management
  • Select, develop, and coach a professional sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans and budget.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
  • Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to define overall sales strategy, and to develop products and solutions.
  • Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends and competition.
  • To establish and maintain excellent relationship with Customers,business partners, suppliers and contractors.
  • Proactively engage customers in strategic directions and initiate appropriate strategies in product development works.
  • To research and plan on all opportunities and projects.
  • Keep Management informed by preparing reports; making presentations;interpreting information; making recommendations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Management may also require you to assist in responsibilities / works that are related to the interest of the Company in terms of events and new initiatives which could arise in time.
