Job Responsibilities:
  • Regular field visit as the call plan provided by Medical Supervisor / Manager.
  • Promote company products and services to existed customers (doctors, hospitals and clinics) and obtain new accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Acquire and show a deep of products knowledge to convince customers of products benefit.
  • Keep good relationship and develop for long term with all doctors in your own areas.
  • Develop business by keep improvement relationship with KA (Key Account) customers and fulfill their requirement such as urgent PO, credit term and special scheme request.
  • Keep reporting on customers’ feedback, markets development and competitors’ activities survey.
  • Resolve customer’s complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, prepare reports and making recommendations to management.
  • Generate prescription and PO (Purchase Order) by visit customer (doctor) regularly as plan at least 12 doctors per day with signature in the report.
  • Committed to achieve the personal sales target that provided by the company.
  • Implementation marketing activities as per assigned plan such as 20 ADVs (Afternoon Doctor Visit)and 1 GPP (Group Product Presentation) per month.
  • Support and collaborate with manager in big event of marketing activities such as symposium, launch new product and association congress, ect. In the areas of invitation and followup.
  • Submitted the basic reports (Weekly, Monthly, and Working plan) on time to Principle
  • Will be assisted other tasks as required by the top management.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in medical background is required.
  • Experience at least 1 year and with Multi National Company
  • Good communication skill and team player.
  • Disciplinary with good attitude
  • Willing to learn and fast learner
  • Strong commitment and result oriented
  • Can work as a team and under pressure
  • Self-reliant, honest and hardworking.
  • High level of motivation.
  • Experiences in promoting medical products and pharmaceuticals is a plus.
