Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
- Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts, market trends, market competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort, and sales promotion program plans
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends
- Studying competitors’ products and services
- Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
- Responsible for managing the sales& marketing team, developing a business plan covering sales& marketing, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the Company’s presence throughout Cambodia.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales& marketing team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.
- Personally observe the performance of sales Et marketing representatives in the field on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all sales Et marketing representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
Job Requirements:
- Gender: Male/Female
- Some relevant majors include business administration, marketing
- At least 2 year experience as a Sales Et Marketing.
- Good at English.
- Background in working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Good Communication with clients.
- Good at marketing concept/creative and initiative.
- Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and willing to work as a team.
- Good at negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Ms. Office
