Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Country Management team and Regional Marketing Manager to develop strategies and plans for all trade and consumer marketing activities in order to achieve growth target
- Support Country Management and Regional Marketing team to assess market landscape and trends, analyze competitors and customers strategies to identify growth opportunities
- Co-ordinate with Regional marketing teams for regional initiatives deployment and to develop media/ in-store brand communication tools for better engagement with customers/shoppers and improved sales
- Assist country management team to develop marketing campaigns to penetrate new market segments, leverage portfolio, accelerate revenue growth, improve profit structure and increase market share.
- Supervise actual execution of all ATL/BTL marketing activities and monitor results for continuous improvement
- Manage marketing budget with an emphasis on cost/benefit
- Work closely with Sales team in developing commercial propositions and customers plans to strengthen customer partnership and loyalty.
- Recommend efficient and effective pricing and promotion strategies rooted in strong shopper needs and behavior understanding.
- Lead Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives throughout product categories
- Work together with Sales team to recommend actions to strengthen position in the market and to improve distribution of products
- Manage the process of design, local adaptation and production of B2B2C marketing materials with an aim to improve purchase closure rate at stores
- Develop ideas and plans for direct marketing and activation events
- Lead store environment/ POS guidelines compliance and analyze/audit executions for improvement
- Initiate/lead trade marketing initiatives with synchronized execution across B2B/B2C activities
- Develop plans to strengthen brand visibility and improve sell-out productivity at stores

- Monitor trade promotion execution and evaluate effectiveness
- Manage and monitor overall trade budgets pending
- Identify, attain and analyses market data to assist and propose business decisions
- Lead research projects on shopper understanding to gain in-depth knowledge and develop better communication materials.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Related Fields;
- At least 7 years working experience in trade marketing and managerial level ;
- Leadership skills and Strong management skills, able to lead and drive actions;
- Innovative thinking & Flexible: able to lead team in new ways of thinking and execution;
- Good relationship building and teamwork;
- Good planning to manage performance and work well under pressure;
- Capable of analyzing big amount of data and create a strategic suggestion to sales team;
- English proficiency in both speaking and writing skills;
- Good analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Exhibits ability to use Microsoft Word,Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
Working Day & Hour:
- Mon-Sat, Day off: Sun
- From 08:00am-05:00pm.
