JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Expanding ideas for existing market, develop new market
  • Plan strategies and execute marketing design to establish and maintain branding presence in the market.
  • Define product strategies, research and determine product weakness areas to be modified.
  • Develop effective product positioning in the market.
  • Conduct competitive strategic analysis, understanding customer and consumer needs.
  • Visit Agency, coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products.
  • Brief and train sales personnel.
  • Launch and oversee advertising and media planning.
  • Undertake package development strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor Degree or qualification Majors in Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of working experience at airline
  • Knowledge with Digital Marketing
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Internet, E-mail, outlook, MSN,Skype etc.)
  • Commercial awareness and negotiating skills.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills and have a good grasp to understand consumer insights and needs
  • Flexible, honest, integrity, friendly, hardworking, creative and high responsibilities.
  • Having public relations skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English and Chinese Mandarin.
