JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expanding ideas for existing market, develop new market
- Plan strategies and execute marketing design to establish and maintain branding presence in the market.
- Define product strategies, research and determine product weakness areas to be modified.
- Develop effective product positioning in the market.
- Conduct competitive strategic analysis, understanding customer and consumer needs.
- Visit Agency, coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products.
- Brief and train sales personnel.
- Launch and oversee advertising and media planning.
- Undertake package development strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree or qualification Majors in Marketing.
- At least 3 years of working experience at airline
- Knowledge with Digital Marketing
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Internet, E-mail, outlook, MSN,Skype etc.)
- Commercial awareness and negotiating skills.
- Strategic thinking and leadership skills and have a good grasp to understand consumer insights and needs
- Flexible, honest, integrity, friendly, hardworking, creative and high responsibilities.
- Having public relations skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English and Chinese Mandarin.
