JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Assist Head of marketing in developing marketing strategy for Premium brand and lead the implementation for all related marketing activities.
  • Assist Head of Marketing in identifying marketing opportunities and supports product optimization toward maximum profit.
  • Lead cross functional to grow Premium Business (Standard powder milk range: Company brand) and gain market shares.
  • Liaise with and draw co-operation from other departments on matter related to coordination of program, product development, refinement and launch.
  • Implement and manage effectively strategy for consumer promotion and build a professional report after promotion within timeline.
  • Formulate, lead and coordinate the executions of marketing activities to grow Premium business by working with cross functions.
  • Oversee and evaluate all aspects of A&P spending and spending effectiveness to ensure good Return On Investment (ROI).
  • Analyze consumer and market information from various sources e.g store monitoring data, retail data, POS data, U&A and Brand Health tracking study and other qualitative studies by working closely with Strategic Insight manager to develop consumer insights and business implication on the brand.
  • Lead NPD projects and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency and on time launch.
  • Oversea the growth and develop as well as coach marketing staff under supervision.
  • Work with Head of Marketing in developing marketing strategy for Premium brand by identifying marketing opportunities toward maximum profit.
  • Overall company achieving the target as agreed prevailing performance contract.
  • Sales-Achieving overall total sales for Company at the target set in the prevailing Performance Contract.
  • Achieve Market Shares targets in Premium Segment and Total Company.
  • Achieve Economic Profit as set out in the prevailing Performance Contract.
  • Take lead and manage all the executions to ensure it works properly as plan and effective results.
  • Deal with cross functions to ensure all the touch point are implemented on time.
  • Overall company achieving the target as agreed in the prevailing Performance Contract.
  • Sales – Achieving overall total sales for company at the target set in the prevailing Performance Contract.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing major is preferable.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of solid experiences, with proven track records, in Communication development and Brand Management is a must,preferably in food/nutrition category or other related field.
  • Deal with stakeholders at all levels and project management.
  • Provide in deep analysis and report presentation.
  • Manage new product launch and renovation by all marketing touch points.
  • Develop media strategy and effective spending and execution.
  • Be Good understanding about integrated marketing communications.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willing to travel for market visit, activations, trainings for both local and international contexts.
