JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Budget Planning and controlling (Project and Daily Operation Expense).
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize the opportunities and increase sales.
- Initiate, plan & conduct marketing activities to improve business results.
- Plan and organize promotional presentations and maintain marketing calendar.
- Strong communication and creative thinking.
- Knowledge of marketing via social media websites.
- Lead/Manager all company events.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Manage staff performance and KPIs setting, KPIs review.
- Provide training and coaching to staff,
- Report operations & results of marketing activity to COO/CEO
- Other works required by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree marketing, media and other related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in similar role
- Good command (speaking/reading/writing) English
- Computer literacy Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Organizing and planning skills
- The person is detailed, decisive and strategic thinker and result oriented
- Ability to provided good leadership and management to team
- Able to work under pressure.
