Job Responsibilities: 
  • Leading and project managing primary research commissions.
  • Planning and executing sales/business development activity to achieve targets.
  • Consult with our client’s market research and marketing functions to help them make the best decisions possible by giving clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage,supervise, and partially execute all phases of market research studies:proposal, design, programming, questionnaire preparation, analysis, report writing, and presentation.
  • Supervise the work of Analysts and Senior Analysts, and contribute to their growth and career development.
  • Help drive the future of the company by contributing to the improvement of products and services, and participating in / leading business development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors or advances degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences.
  • Good common of spoken and written Chinese and English.

  • Strong technical and analytical skills, and a passion for learning new quantitative research methodologies.
  • Work experience in ‘market research’ or similar role with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Excellent organization and planning.
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
  • An analytical mind, and a strong knowledge of statistics.
  • An ability to handle data to work in quantitative research.
  • Confidence when dealing with a wide variety of people.
  • The ability to take responsibility and handle pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to give clear instructions.
  • Accurate and clear written skills when producing questionnaires and reports.
  • To be methodical and well organized, with good numerical,analytical and problem solving skills.
