Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and project managing primary research commissions.
- Planning and executing sales/business development activity to achieve targets.
- Consult with our client’s market research and marketing functions to help them make the best decisions possible by giving clear and actionable recommendations.
- Manage,supervise, and partially execute all phases of market research studies:proposal, design, programming, questionnaire preparation, analysis, report writing, and presentation.
- Supervise the work of Analysts and Senior Analysts, and contribute to their growth and career development.
- Help drive the future of the company by contributing to the improvement of products and services, and participating in / leading business development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors or advances degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences.

Good common of spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, and a passion for learning new quantitative research methodologies.
- Work experience in ‘market research’ or similar role with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Excellent organization and planning.
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
- An analytical mind, and a strong knowledge of statistics.
- An ability to handle data to work in quantitative research.
- Confidence when dealing with a wide variety of people.
- The ability to take responsibility and handle pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to give clear instructions.
- Accurate and clear written skills when producing questionnaires and reports.
- To be methodical and well organized, with good numerical,analytical and problem solving skills.
