Job Summary: 
  • Identify potential key account customers and approach to be customers. Also identify market opportunity, un-tapped areas to increase sales and margin.
  • Increase sales/share of wallet, profit on existing key account customer
  • Work with Finance on risk assessment of those potential customers to ensure zero risk to Companies. Work with Legal on credit sales contract and supporting documents to be in line and in flavor
  • Work with Store Operation team, SGM/CDM/ASGM to ensure effective communication/ transaction of customer agreement and expectation to ensure 100%customer satisfaction.
  • Work with Commercial team, Quality Assurance team to ensure product supply and product quality are within an agreement with Key Account Customers.
  • Assist Senior Key Account Development to define development strategy for individual Key Account Customers to increase customer spending and loyalty.
Job Responsibilities:
  • S/he will be responsible for the development of XX Key Account Customers
  • S/he will have to get a perfect knowledge of the Companies organization regarding the store operations, the commercial department procedures and the logistics constraints and possibilities.
  • S/he will analyze the results (weekly,monthly and quarterly) of the Key Account Customers in terms of turnover,profits, loses, margin, average buying, frequency on the yearly and monthly base to make the right decisions to improve the situation and to use the information to be key input of developing effective plan
  • S/he will have to plan and to organize her/his Key Account Customers approach in due time in order to anticipate the main events and needs 
  • S/he will collect the Key Account Customer Demands, Expectations and Needs and then s/he will have to propose solutions and alternatives to them in a short terms view
  • S/he will have to survey (deliver inputs and monitor) the market in order to know what Competitors are doing to allow Companies to react and to adapt its Strategy
  • S/He will closely working with Store CDM and Commercial to develop effective customer activities plan by individual Key Account Customer  on a regular basis
  • S/He will assist Senior Key Account Development to define development strategy for individual Key Account Customers
  • S/He will ensure good working relationship with internal and external customer in achievement of optimum customer satisfaction
  • Respond to develop the Sales & Profit and number of valuable accounts as KPI
  • Dealing with the Influence and Decision Maker of Key Account Customers to succeed the Top Line and Button Line target
  • problem solving for customers satisfaction in primary level and find solution
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Marketing,Economics, computer science or related courses.
  • At least 3-4 years supervisory experience in sales and Key Account Customers management of international and/or multi-international organization
  • Computer literate, Selling skills, Negotiation skills,Communication skills, Time management, Project management
  • Own car.
