JOB PURPOSE: 

Main mission is to drive and champion our ambition as a credible leader in early life nutrition. You will need to work with customer buyer to improve the operation effectiveness, develop category and generate the business opportunity. Effectively utilize and control, as well as properly records pending based on category and brand plans.

You will achieve the company mission by creating a high performing,addressing Key Account Management’s trading term and corporation with distributor team to running smooth operation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITIES

− Connect to Key Account buyer

  • Work with the customer buyer to improve the operation effectiveness,develop category and generate the business opportunity.

− Key Account Management         

  • Propose and implement the annual category strategy (customer business plan) e.g. assortment, promotion plan and trade deal on a customer basis.

− People Management    

  • Encourage the capability development of individual to build a highly adaptable, capable, effective and sustainable with a focus on high performance to deliver quality and timely services.

− Intelligence and Insights Gathering

  • Analyze shopper trend and update relevant information from market insights to keep abreast with market opportunities.

− Key Account Performance          

  • Daily follow-up sales figures vs the set sales target; tracking sell-in/sell-out on SAP and/or customer’s B2B system.

KEY TASKS

− Connect to Key Account buyer

  • Work with the customer buyer to improve the operation effectiveness,develop category and generate the business opportunity.
  • Key Account Buyer database
  • Understanding whole logistic process on supply and PO

− Key Account Management

  • Propose and implement the annual category strategy (customer business plan) e.g. assortment, promotion plan and trade deal on a customer basis.
  • Make regular store visits in line with the route plan to ensure effective implementation and timely solutions for in field operations problems;check FIFO (First-In & First-Out) at the store level and ensure that merchandisers will do it regularly in order to avoid aging problems.
  • Initiate cross-merchandising activities
  • Ensure and implement the customer POP aligned with DU brand strategy to: new
  • products, assortment, pricing, merchandising and promotion.

− People Management

  • Encourage the capability development of individual to build a highly adaptable, capable,
  • effective and sustainable with a focus on high performance to deliver quality and timely

  • Stakeholder engagement

− Intelligence and Insights Gathering

  • Analyze shopper trend
  • Update relevant information from market insights to keep abreast with market opportunities
  • Modern Retailer distribution update.

− Key Account Performance

  • Daily follow-up sales figures vs the set sales target; tracking sell-in/sell-out on SAP and/or
  • customer’s B2B system.
  • Well manage on merchandising and plan-o-gram
  • Increasing off-take
  • Achieve the customer plan of the assigned categories.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

− Education & Knowledge               

  • Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Good command of English communication with computer skills (MS-Office applications)
  • Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Passionate, persevere and self-motivated to achieve the challenging sales target

− Experience        

  • Minimum 3 years’ direct experience in Key Account Management (Modern Trade)

− Specialist Knowledge    

  • FMCG knowledge

  • Proactive, good follow through and results oriented
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills including written & spoken English and Khmer language
  • Planning and organizing, co-ordination, delegation, control, able to drive a car with possesses a valid driving license.

  • Strong leadership skills to manage &corporate big field sales team.
