JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Provide support receipt printer clean up, fix error, change part.
• On-site support customer installation and fix error.
• On-site support customer to provide training label printer to customer
• Maintenance functioning hardware POS system such as touch terminal,receipt printer, cash drawer & pool display.
• In-house support POS such as install window and problem solving
• Perform various duties assign by team leader

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical knowledge and experience in related field.
• Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
• Works well under pressure.
• Good personality and humble
• Willing to work long term
• Have Knowledge of internet and e-mail
• Good command English and local language.
• Have knowledge of printer skill and experience in this field is an advantage.
