Job Responsibilities: 

• Install and configure software on Windows Servers (DNS, DHCP, File/Print services, etc.)
• Prepare document, working instruction, system validation, CSV, SOP.
• Support IT solutions both existing and new deployment
• Monitoring network equipment and technology tools e.g. FortiGate, network switch, internet link, mobile, SMS,tablet, etc.)
• Manage Internet networking,technologies, routing, switching, routing protocol, security access level,Proxy, VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN…), VOIP system
• Monitoring system performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Troubleshoot all IT related issues and outages
• Administrator, install, configure camera, connect IP camera smart phone devices
• Analyze problems and manage preventative maintenance procedures
• Administrator Microsoft License,Window License
• Update Window, Microsoft, Antivirus
• Maintenance training all system,Reporting, Validation
• Running prepare report to other users (If need)
• Familiar with Microsoft .NET, SQL
• Upgrade software, patches operating systems on a continuous basis
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, printers, scanners etc.
• Support all other tasks that assigned by the top management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in computer science is required
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Experience with databases, network (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. Symantec end-point, intrusion detection systems) data backup/recovery
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Microsoft Certification and CCNA\CCNP certification preferred
• Strong analyzing and reporting skill
• Good communication
• Self-reliant, honest and hardworking.
