JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Be responsible for the management of infrastructure and systems across sites with respect to requirements and recommendations from global and regional Is teams
• Work with the regional and Global teams to manage the infrastructure and systems across all respective sites with respect to standards and requirements
• Manage Regional Projects
• Contribute to build and communicate the vision of the Hub infrastructure and infrastructure services
• Serve as technical expert. Participate to or oversee a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide for problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support as well as the maintenance. These activities cover a variety of hardware, software, network and service products in an information technology infrastructure environment
• Lead/Participate in local infrastructure / security related projects.
• Provide internal customers with operational and technical support.
• Analyze and troubleshoot customer problems and advise on appropriate action
• Pursue service excellence
• Provide technical support to internal customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Performs hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications.
• Ensure that written responses are accurate, professional, clear and concise.
• Ensure that customers are provided with relevant user guides and advice for future reference.
• Ensure positive relationships are built and maintained with all involved parties (business, team, suppliers).
• Ensure that knowledge and experience is well documented and shared with colleagues.
• Ensure governance processes are implemented and followed.
• Align to the DAN’IS corporate standards and contribute to the development.
• Maintain asset inventory(Infra) up to date at all times.
• Constantly educate the business in the value of IT / constraints of IT

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding and experience in below infrastructure services is essential
• Good experience and understanding on IT Infrastructure (LAN & WAN)
• Experience on Installation,Management / Monitoring and Troubleshooting of Windows Servers/ Applications(SAP & Local Applications), Network devices, WiFi, Cisco Call Manager.
• Good Project Management Skills
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Basic experience in SQL Server Installation, Management and Monitoring, Troubleshooting
• Good experience in Video Conference Installation, Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
