JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with clients to present the company services provided.
- Manage designing team to deliver the artwork and layout to clients.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and issue the quotation for clients.
- Conduct site inspection and monitor and evaluate the overall project progressive in order to meet with the agreed layout or drawing required by clients.
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement the project effective.
- Present the details of design concept and drawing to site controllers and stakeholder before implementing the project.
- Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in interior design or architecture.
- One year-experience in managing interior designing team.
- Be able to travel to project site
- Computer Skills: Sketch UP, 3DMaxz, Auto Cad 2D and 3D, Photoshop,Illustrator.
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Be good at presentation and communication.
- High Responsibility and honest
- Work well under pressure to meet the deadline.
