JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with client along with designer to study the clients need and want.
- Make sure the quotation and layout sending to client is double checked and verified.
- Prepare the project schedule for design team and technical team after client confirms quotation.
- Verify the detail drawing from design and technical team before sending it to factory.
- Manage and lead design team to make sure that the project will be finished by deadline.
- Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure that the project will be finished by deadline.
- Work closely with accounting team to ensure that the payment of client is followed the company procedure.
- Other task assigned by line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in interior design or architecture.
- One year-experience in managing interior designing team.
- Be able to travel to project site
- Computer Skills: Sketch UP, 3D Maxz, Auto Cad 2D and 3D, Photoshop,Illustrator.
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Be good at presentation and communication.
- High Responsibility and honest
- Work well under pressure to meet the deadline.
