JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Insure that the employees are getting the things that they need according to the company policies and market level.
- Assist HRM on workforce planning to make sure that all departments have enough manpower.
- Manage recruitment of qualified people when other department makes the request for new employee and does the induction and orientation of the new employee before they are sent to the department for training.
- Assist HRM on staff training, salary increment, compensation and benefits.
- In charge of staff attendant and making sure that each department stays within their limit of payroll hours.
- Assist in monitoring employee’s behavior and conflict resolution.
- Prepare and communicate to appropriate level, all documents for policy,regulation and process.
- Other task assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years’ experience in HR & Admin supervisor
- Computer knowledge (Ms words, Excel, Power pointer, internet &Email)
- Good problem solving skill and conflict handing
- Good communication and interpersonal skill ( bother Khmer &English, if can speak Chinese is more advantage)
- Ability to work under pressure & task situation.
