JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of compensation and benefits (C&B) implementation including payroll, NSSF, insurance, internal referral program and others.
- In charge of attendance management and employee profiles.
- Facilitate with concerned institutions for legal compliance issue.
- Manage general HR administrative arrangement for new and existing employees.
- In charge of recruitment and selection of all positions, including successful probation arrangement.
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Female is priority.
- Candidate from Logistic Industry is more priority.
- At least bachelor or above in field of Business Management, HR Management or other related major.
- At least 3 years of experiences in HR practice, mainly in payroll unit.
- Good knowledge in local labor law compliance.
- Be able to work under pressure and multi-tasking environment.
- Be proficient in Ms. Office application.
- Must be good command of English (Chinese speaking is more advantageous)
