JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • In charge of compensation and benefits (C&B) implementation including payroll, NSSF, insurance, internal referral program and others.
  • In charge of attendance management and employee profiles.
  • Facilitate with concerned institutions for legal compliance issue.
  • Manage general HR administrative arrangement for new and existing employees.
  • In charge of recruitment and selection of all positions, including successful probation arrangement.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Female is priority.
  • Candidate from Logistic Industry is more priority.
  • At least bachelor or above in field of Business Management, HR Management or other related major.
  • At least 3 years of experiences in HR practice, mainly in payroll unit.
  • Good knowledge in local labor law compliance.
  • Be able to work under pressure and multi-tasking environment.
  • Be proficient in Ms. Office application.
  • Must be good command of English (Chinese speaking is more advantageous)
