JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions including payroll administration, manpower planning, recruitment/selection, compensation& benefit, performance evaluation, training & development, employee welfare, and other HR maters.
  • Administer, monitor, and continuously develop HR policies and procedure
  • Ensuring that the company are in compliant with the HR compliance standards
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process within the organization across all levels from the sourcing and selection of candidates up the on boarding process
  • Address the learning & development requirements of the company including the training needs analysis, create and delivery the training modules, and engagement eternal consultants accordingly
  • Familiarized with the industrial standards of compensation &benefits, run salary surveys and bench marking activities to ensure that the company remains competitive and able to retain staffs
  • Managing Monthly payroll processing and relevant reports
  • To liaise with local government agencies and other statutory bodies(when required) to ensure full compliance to all law and regulations
  • Monitor and manage HR cost through cost efficiency initiatives
  • Manage staff discipline, grievances, performance and grievances through progressive disciplinary approach
  • Provide advisory and consultant on all aspects of employment law and practices
  • Performance appraisal: coordinate the annual employees appraised and management development review for management staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree on Human Resources Management or Equivalent
  • Proven work experience at least 6 to 8 years in the field
  • Familiar with insurances, knowledgeable in all labor code, related Cambodian Law
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, integrity and willingness to learn
  • Possess excellent interpersonal conflict settlement, compensation,coaching, training, and motivation
  • Proficient in Khmer & English literature
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point. Any experience on other HRMS is an advantage.
